Remote Staff Tools

When working remotely have a list of tools that we use and the expectations for each of them. Agree upon their use so that there are fewer problems. Generally there are multiple tools that do the same thing. Choose one and use that rather than skipping around tools. Once the group is using a tool new mermbers will need to install/sign up for that tool in order to do work with the group. Give the new member a list so that their expectations are set.
